I've found on more than one occasion that my standard notes have disappeared, i.e after having to reinstall windows etc and reload SB4. Obviously that's rather annoying. I realise I can simply find the file and copy it to another location but is there somewhere in the software that will give me the option to choose the store location for that file or a backup location. Help much appreciated - cheers

I'm not quite sure why this should happem, but you can re-select the file in the Configuration > User Setup dialog, File Names and Locations page

No, the file is blank. I can only assume that when I had to have windows reloaded, and they wiped the drive the content of the file was lost. No matter, not the end of the world, I'll just have to remember and re-enter them. Cheers
